It is a Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu).
The label describes it as nectar.
It is just as it says. It has a sweet aroma and a full flavor even though it is a junmai sake.
I was a little surprised. I was surprised that a junmai sake could have such a full-bodied taste.
I was surprised that it was served cold in an air-conditioned room.
Even so, the aroma is quite sweet.
It has a sweet aroma centering on the aroma of rice, and the taste continues in the mouth with the same impact as its image.
Hiroshima sake has a wide range of aromas.
It was another good sake today.

Gutsy 😳. Rich, chewy and drinkable with some umami 😋. Hot and matured. A little tight. Maybe better heated 🤔.

There is a punch at the beginning. You can feel the full flavor of the rice that only Junmai can provide, and the nectar is just as described. Personally, I would prefer to enjoy it by itself rather than as a sake to drink with food.
Soft on the palate. Slightly heavy, with a strong sweetness. Later on, the umami taste and the alcoholic feeling follow, and it becomes a solid flavor. The sweetness and umami remain in the aftertaste. A delicious sake.
