山形で最古の酒蔵、小屋酒造さんの「花羽陽」。Webを拝見したところ、「米の旨みをじっくりと味わえるお酒」とのこと。コシヒカリを55％まで精米した純米吟醸酒で、米本来の旨みをしっかり出し、ジューシーでコクのあるお酒です。だって！言われてみれば、コクあったなあ。個人的にはホッとする味の日本酒！
それにしても、創業1593年ってすごい……。
