First time drinking sake from a brewery
I was talking to a guy at a sake shop, and he said, "This is probably close to your taste, so how about it?
So I bought it.
Apparently, there are still very few sake breweries in the country that carry it.
It has a clean and fruity ginjo aroma.
It has a grapefruit-like citrus taste.
It has a firm acidity.
There is also a good amount of gas and a very juicy taste.
In the aftertaste, there is a bitter taste like grapefruit peel.
It is sweet and bitter and refreshing in the mouth.
I drank it by itself this time.
but it may go well with a dish with a strong taste of sauce.
It's very easy to drink and has a taste that I like very much (*^o^*).
I've known this liquor store for over 2 years and they know exactly what I like.
