As usual, I told the clerk at the liquor store about my preferences and he introduced me to a sake I had never seen before.
The name of the sake is Hechikan.
What a surprise, it seems to be the name of a historical figure.
Hearing that it has a fresh gassy, fruity taste and that the maker (Kankoume Shuzo Co., Ltd.) takes good care of its customers, we immediately decided to try it.
I had it chilled to a crisp.
Aaaaahhhh, this is delicious.
It is perfect for summer sake. I want to drink it every day.
