We were allowed to taste several kinds of sake, but the one with the best aroma was the best.
Fresh green melon-like aroma
The same gorgeous fruity aroma, mild umami of rice, and moderate sweetness spread out, and it is quickly quenched by a little acidity and a slight spiciness of alcohol.
Gorgeous, but refreshingly delicious sake!
At a service area between Takamatsu and Matsuyama, I found a curl that is no longer available in Sapporo!
It seems they are distributed only in western Japan! WOMMasaaki Sapporo-san. Good evening! Congratulations on the creation of the brewery club. I have updated some of my past visits to breweries. I'm joining the club. Masaaki SapporoThank you, WOM! I asked him to make it for me because it didn't seem possible 🍶I've updated all my past visits to the brewery myself 😁. ⭐4.5 ひよっこThe bottle is pink and cute.
The taste is sharp and masculine
The aroma is also refreshing
I don't think I'll buy it. ぽわんぽわん<Sake brought in by a fellow sake drinker, No. 4
The sake is light and refreshing and disappears without a lingering aftertaste, but I keep pouring it again. It has a good umami and freshness, but it also disappears immediately. But I keep pouring it again. It has a mild freshness, and I think it is best when you want to drink it lightly. ShoStrangely refreshing, smooth and dry aftertaste. This is a pleasant drink. Maybe it's because I'm happy to be drinking from noon. (^o^)Kamisen Nikitatsu. Goes well with sashimi. Good water. Fruity. It is not too strong and has an honest taste. うーさん0867Nikitatsu" is brewed by Mizuguchi Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Dogo Onsen. It is a famous sake with the meaning of "Jinai ni naru jubilantatsu" and has been producing its taste for a long time.
The photo shows a limited edition sake from the brewery that I drank at a restaurant owned by the direct management of Mizuguchi Shuzo. The aroma of the alcohol is gorgeous and fruity, and I wanted to drink it with sashimi of sea bream. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
