Purchased at Michi no Eki Yachiyo. When I took a sip, it was like water. But later, the spiciness spreads to the tongue and the clear aroma spreads to the nose. This sake goes well with meals. Just the right amount of spiciness. Not too sweet. Good.

すっきり飲みやすいお酒です。

＠成田山の酒屋
全体的には甘さも辛さも控えめで、軽く呑めちゃうお酒です。
ただ、フレッシュなお酒の後に呑んだせいなのか、ワタシにはよく言えば枯れたような、悪く言えば埃っぽく感じてしまいました。
保存状態悪いのかなー？って思ってしまうくらい、酒屋の方は知識がなかったのが気になりました。対応した人だけだと思いますが...
