My first sake since moving to Chiba! Of course, I bought a sake from Chiba Prefecture.
It was a bit dry, with a strong umami flavor and fruity taste.
I'm going to go to a shopping mall just 10 minutes away by bicycle. The cherry blossoms were beautiful. My son made his shoe debut.
Purchased at Michi no Eki Yachiyo. When I took a sip, it was like water. But later, the spiciness spreads to the tongue and the clear aroma spreads to the nose. This sake goes well with meals. Just the right amount of spiciness. Not too sweet. Good.
Local Sake Yachiyo Sakura
It's a dry sake with no special characteristics, but it's not that expensive, and I think it's good enough for everyday drinking.
