My first sake since moving to Chiba! Of course, I bought a sake from Chiba Prefecture. It was a bit dry, with a strong umami flavor and fruity taste. I'm going to go to a shopping mall just 10 minutes away by bicycle. The cherry blossoms were beautiful. My son made his shoe debut.

Purchased at Michi no Eki Yachiyo. When I took a sip, it was like water. But later, the spiciness spreads to the tongue and the clear aroma spreads to the nose. This sake goes well with meals. Just the right amount of spiciness. Not too sweet. Good.

＠成田山の酒屋全体的には甘さも辛さも控えめで、軽く呑めちゃうお酒です。ただ、フレッシュなお酒の後に呑んだせいなのか、ワタシにはよく言えば枯れたような、悪く言えば埃っぽく感じてしまいました。保存状態悪いのかなー？って思ってしまうくらい、酒屋の方は知識がなかったのが気になりました。対応した人だけだと思いますが...
