Amabuki Omachi Kimoto Junmai daiginjo.... I am amazed. This proud super premium sake is one of my favourites, definitely my favourite Junmai daiginjo class!
The Kimoto style of fermentation brings just enouph umami and cereal grains to perfectly balance with the floral and fruity aromas of this amazing bottle!! Wow!

To celebrate the end of the Swedish winter I decided to drink this bottle of Manotsuru dry Junmai!
This is my first time with a dry nihonshu. It's almost bitter, the nose somewhat reminded me of beer. Very interesting, I detect almost no fruity or floral flavours, but a subtle hint of umami and acidity.... but I need to study more before I am an expert :)

I am a big fan of Toyokuni, this Junmai is very clean and the rice heart still beats within the flavour spectrum. Kanpai my friends! X

Another Friday, another 3 bottles of Dewatsuru. I still really enjoy this bottle, It's very easy and very light. Soon I will have some different bottles to drink! Akita tastes good that's all I can say. Kanpai!

A Junmai-shu I really love. It was the umami and the taste of rice that I fell in love with when I first started drinking sake. I don't need fruits and flowers to sell me on a good bottle of Nihonshu. I love a good Junmai with a good earthy taste! Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing! A very sweet milky sake! Not very flavoursome to me but an absolute pleasure to drink! I couldn't find this bottle on the app because I think it might be a Swedish version! Oishi!

Listening to some Hanoi Rocks and sipping on some Dewatsuru.
This is one of the few bottles available in the store in Sweden and I believe this is the most popular. I always enjoy it, it's so easy drink and always feels very fruity to me. I only wish you could buy bigger bottles here.
