Nama City's Kuju-zakura fresh-stored sake Shinjo-san drank this sake on the train on his way back from an expedition to Saitama. It has a good sake-like aroma, and although it is standard and classic, it has the feel of "drinking sake". Sake from Saitama Prefecture is exceptional, and there are nationally recognized sake such as the gorgeousness of Kahayo-yoku, the freshness of Kagamiyama, the lightness of Tenranzan and Igarashi, and the modern smartness of Sairai, but in fact, I feel that the sake from Saitama Prefecture is characterized by the quality of standard sake that is both plain and tasty.

Good evening. I like this one very much! I also liked Tenranzan, but I didn't dare to buy it this time. I like Honjozo, and Saitama Honjozo is really good and solid!

one's faith being transmitted to a deity Shinjo-san visited Saitama and taught us about the quality of Saitama sake and Saitama honjozo. It is not necessarily for beginners, It is not necessarily for beginners, but it has a robust flavor that resonates with seasoned sake drinkers.

The other day, Shinjo-san drank highly of Kujyu-zakura on an expedition to Saitama. At room temperature, the taste was not so broad and rather refreshing, but when heated up, it changed dramatically and the umami flavor came out in a flash.

Hello... I can't think "Kawagoe again..." now. I'll be in Kawagoe again.... Kuju-zakura is a sake I like to drink everyday! I envy you because Nada is located here, so there are many kinds of sake, but only Kuju-zakura... Saitama has a lot of good sake!

Weekday off, lunchtime drinking in Omiya. Izumiya, a landmark at the east exit of Omiya Station, was established in 1947 and is the main store of Izumiya, which can be called a legacy of a popular bar. It has been a long time since I was here, but it is still a popular bar with a wonderful Showa-era atmosphere. The waitresses are all veterans, and the service is very stable. The clientele is so young that I might be the youngest. Veteran drinkers are enjoying themselves in a relaxed atmosphere from noon. We started with the famous stew (170 yen!) and a large bottle of Sapporo Akaboshi. and a large bottle of Sapporo Akaboshi. Forget about the daily work and enjoy the atmosphere and sake. You will be healed. I ordered a 300ml bottle of Izumiya's original cold sake. I have been to Izumiya more than 10 times, but this is the first time I have had this cold sake bottle. There is a bicycle race track in Omiya, and although the contents of the sake are the same, there are labels such as "Daihonmei," "Dai Ana," "Maki Ippatsu," and "Saki Maki" on the bottle. This sake was made by Otaki Sake Brewery of Kujyu-zakura. It was refreshing, acidic, and sake-like, matching this bar in a good way. Modern or fruity sake is not suitable for a popular bar. Standard sake fits well. Fried squid, cold tomatoes, and fried eggs as snacks.

Hiraccio, good evening 😁. I haven't been to Izumiya recently, I haven't been to Izumiya recently, but now I want to go there. It's a bit smoky, but the atmosphere is great. I like the fact that they have a jar of nameko mushrooms with shichimi (seven spices) in it 😅. It's a little bit scary 😅.

Good evening. Is this Izumiya? Certainly my favorite! I'm completely fascinated by kujyu-zakura, so I'm definitely going to drink a big bowl of it when I'm done with my new cologne!

Good morning, Jurian 😊. The atmosphere was as wonderful as ever. Since it was noon, it was especially great again, with a peaceful atmosphere. Many of the customers are very experienced and seem to be regulars.

Good morning, Harry 😊. It had been almost 2 years since I was there. I love the smoked and colored look of the restaurant walls and the product literature. Yes, the fungus jar with a hole in the lid and shichimi (seven spices) in it is austere.

Good morning, Shinsho 😊. Omiya has good access to Kawagoe and the Hikawa shrine⛩, but the messy, chaotic atmosphere of the east exit is also a must-see. Try Izumiya, big hole, and have a drink.

Hiyoroshi with a local-only feel of slightly mellowness (¡Ω) It has an unrefined quality. It is ripe and full of umami. It is very cheap even though it can be heated up very well! I also had a fresh stored sake, which was also cheap and full of flavor! A very good sake brewery! I can say that Saitama Prefecture is one of the best sake brewing areas in Japan with Kurari and Kuju-zakura!

Shinjo-san, thank you very much for your intense appreciation of the kujyu-zakura🌸 at a sake brewery in Saitama City😊. Although I think it's only for local use, I haven't had a chance to see it very often either, where is it distributed? I think😅

Not even in Saitama Prefecture (・ω・`?)? It's very difficult to capture Saitama sake from western Japan. I will investigate well and do my best. I am surprised that Kujyu Sakura is so cheap! It's on the level of a major company! However, there is a big gap in the feeling of great local sake!

I've been longing to drink & post Shinkansen(****) I've been looking at the photos of people who are drinking and posting! I've been thinking about it! I bought a lot of sake at Koedo Kura-ri KIKISAKE place Showagura in Kawagoe city. I put them all in a rick and took out a bottle as if it was a lucky draw! That kind of fun is only possible with small bottles! Then, the fresh stored sake is a great accompaniment to the trip! And how good this sake was! It was very cheap, but the taste was very clear! Slightly refreshing It has a very good balance with enough sharpness. In a good sense, it is very plain! I also tasted the Junmai Hiyadoroshi, which was also plain in a good way, which means that Kujyu Sakura is great as an everyday sake!

Hello, Mr. Pon-chan. I think it would be fun to collect various kinds of sake with a large group of people and draw lots! It would be fun to win a Kamikame or someone who doesn't like Kamikame! Also, the sake from this brewery is very cheap, but very good!

Mr. Chichi, how many times are you in the same room? I'd rather say that Mr. Chichi is the original owner! I've always thought it's great to watch you drink on the train! If it's true, local sake on a local train is the best... I'd like to do this again!
