I came here on a business trip to Hachinohe 💁 I unexpectedly found and ordered Asahi Taka instead of Mutsu Hachisen. It's been about 8 years? It was sweet and rich, with a hint of bitterness at the end. It has been a long time since I have had a real brewed Asahitaka. The sweetness also makes me nostalgic 😄I paired it with sashimi, but it goes well with it. The button prawns are delicious 🦐. Rice polishing ratio: 55%. Alcohol content】15度 Sashimi

Third drink at Ban'ya in Hachinohe For snacks, I chose "SNAKE SABA" from the sashimi menu. For sake, he requested "Mutsu Hachisen, the kind that goes well with vinegared mackerel. Fisherman's fire. The brewery's website states, It was created with the image of a "fisherman's food sake. It has a clean and crisp aftertaste and is especially good with Hachinohe's specialty foods such as squid and mackerel. The description reads as follows. The finished mackerel is unbelievably delicious. The mackerel itself has an exceptional flavor, and so does the way it is finished. Fishermen's fire is sharp without any unpleasant taste, and it goes well with mackerel. It is indeed a delicious dish. It was a memorable night in Hachinohe. Thank you very much for the food.

Good morning, Mr. Hiraccio. ☀️ Hanamaki to Hachinohe via Morioka❣️Hachinohe is famous for vinegared mackerel 🐟😍. Fishermen's fire would go especially well with it 🐟😋.

At Banya, you first choose sake snacks from the platters lined up at the counter. The other dishes are sashimi and grilled fish. The other choices are sashimi and grilled fish. Burdock and horse meat simmered in miso Squid with tomato sauce It was too delicious. It was really wonderful as a snack. I was impressed by the local cuisine and regional flavor, which I had never tasted before. The other platters lined up in a row looked so delicious that I wanted to try them all, but these two dishes alone left me with a wonderful sense of satisfaction. With Tazake's Nebuta label.

Good morning, Mr. Hiraccio 😊. Neputa (nebuta) festivals have started in some areas✨I love the "banya" following the Hakshoku market 😋🍶The obanzai looks delicious😭. It's like watching Yoshida Izuru's bar wanderings 😋.

Good morning, staggered feet 😊. In Hachinohe, there are some areas where festivals have already started. In Hachinohe, the Sanja Grand Festival is coming up, and there were sounds of musical rehearsals and lanterns being decorated. It was a nice atmosphere.

In via Hanamaki and Morioka to Hachinohe. In the evening, we went to Hachinohe for a long-desired drink, and then to "Banya," a restaurant we had always wanted to go to. I was the fifth in line 10 minutes before the restaurant opened at 18:00. By the time the restaurant opened, the line had grown to 12 people. We were seated at the counter. The atmosphere in the restaurant is irresistible. We started with Mutsu Otokoyama's ultra-harsh junmai. It is sharp and dry. I have had this sake before, but drinking it in Hachinohe is exceptional. The appetizer was seri (Japanese parsley) dressed with white sauce.

I had been wanting to go to this restaurant ever since I came to Hachinohe. I managed to get in just as the restaurant was about to close. I had a lot to drink that day, but I wanted to try something other than Aomori sake. There was a bottle of Kaze no Mori, so I had it. The smell of cemedine spread faintly in my mouth. Then the banana. Delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. We had Kaze no Mori until the store closed that day.
