こまっちゃんI came here on a business trip to Hachinohe 💁 I unexpectedly found and ordered Asahi Taka instead of Mutsu Hachisen. It's been about 8 years?
It was sweet and rich, with a hint of bitterness at the end. It has been a long time since I have had a real brewed Asahitaka. The sweetness also makes me nostalgic 😄I paired it with sashimi, but it goes well with it. The button prawns are delicious 🦐.

We were seated at the counter.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is irresistible.
We started with Mutsu Otokoyama's ultra-harsh junmai.
It is sharp and dry.
I have had this sake before, but drinking it in Hachinohe is exceptional.
The appetizer was seri (Japanese parsley) dressed with white sauce.

I had a lot to drink that day, but I wanted to try something other than Aomori sake.
