After the last meeting of the year in Shibuya, I went to Yataro with my local drinking buddies (granddad and grandma) in a hurry.
We started with a service sake, Yuu @ Hakuryu.
A glass (maybe 6 feet long) was 390 yen.
Super cheap 😁.
Aroma and mouthfeel like white wine.
But I was already drunk so I don't remember much.
I remember it was delicious.
Yuu -> Tasake -> Bakuren -> Kurokiri with hot water.
I almost fell 😢.

No.6 S type after a long time.
1.200 yen/gallon. Unexpectedly cheap.
At the local Yataro.
Elegant sweetness and richness of rice.
A little sourness and a bitterness that comes later.
It is a very well balanced sake.
On the other hand, it has few characteristics and is monotonous.
I would drink it again if I had it!
