The second day of the "Gurutonmin Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" started 😋.
The first restaurant was Miyagawa. The event menu consisted of tuna sashimi, two pieces of kanpachi sushi, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
Since it was a cold day, I was happy to have warm chawanmushi 🥰.
And since we also came after a long walk, it was also very special to quench our thirst with a cold peal of this 😋.
Tanigawa-dake, which I ordered additionally. Tanigawadake, a clear, dry sake. The kampachi on the sushi rice is removed from the rice and served as sashimi as well.
It was a sake that also went well with tuna sashimi 😊.
