I thought it was only available in Kumamoto, but it seems that Kotobuki in Osaka has started handling it, so I bought it right away.
Slightly effervescent. It tastes like muscat and pear. It's sweet and bitter, not too sweet, so it's perfect with food. The quality of the sake is completely different from that of Kororo, which is surprising 😅.

I bought it when I went to a liquor store with Mr. Umai and Mr. Lutemi at the end of the year. I don't know why the Yamaguchi limited edition is at a liquor store in Osaka 🤔.
I bought it recently because I was attracted by the Yamaguchi Prefecture limited edition, but it's almost a year old. It doesn't have the sense of maturity that I expected, but the gassiness is gone. I heard it originally has a gassy feeling. It's a direct pumped sake.
It has a slight melon taste and a bitter taste. The bitterness is accompanied by acidity. Depending on the food it is served with, it can be quite bitter....
I'd like to drink it in fresh condition.
It may have been a mistake to be lured by the Yamaguchi limited edition.
I wonder if it's easier to drink now than when it was freshly opened.
