bouken
It's Halloween, but we don't have any special drinks, so we opened a bottle of a rare sake.
I thought it was only available in Kumamoto, but it seems that Kotobuki in Osaka has started handling it, so I bought it right away.
Slightly effervescent. It tastes like muscat and pear. It's sweet and bitter, not too sweet, so it's perfect with food. The quality of the sake is completely different from that of Kororo, which is surprising 😅.
It tastes like muscat, which is a recent trend or a common taste.
I'd like to try other specs as well, since they also have nama-shu and jun-dai-shu.
It's fire-brewed, but I thought the change after opening the bottle was a little big 🤔.
The spiciness seems to have become stronger.

Good evening, bouken😄!
Finally, it's available in Kansai, isn't it?
It seems to be positioned as Kororo, which doesn't change the good old parts, and Kuyo Masamune, which changes them, so I'm very interested in it: ☺️
I can't wait to try it myself!

Hi Aladdin ☀☀☀.
I'm so glad to hear that you didn't expect to be able to buy it in Kansai 😆.
The classic Koro is good, but the modern Kuyou Masamune is something to look out for in the future👍.
