I had given up drinking Kume-Zakura because they mainly have one bottle and almost no draft sake, but I went to Enibrew in Nakamozu to buy some GW because it was in stock at the time I was interested in the sake that Hirupeko had posted.
It has an atmosphere like a gassy sweet summer. The impression is that it finishes with strong acidity and bitterness. I thought it might not be my favorite because of its dry specs, but it has a unique and interesting taste and is delicious.
The aftertaste is a mixture of sweetness and dry astringency.
Perhaps because Oyama G Beer is more famous, the information about sake on the official website is rather flimsy...
The label on the back of the bottle says "April 26th", but the back label says "March", which is correct?
Does it mean the shipment is on April 26?
