The scent goes through the nose nicely. It is like Hakka.
It has no useless sweetness, but it is dry. Like the aroma, it has a cool sensation like peppermint candy.

From the scent, I'm very excited about the fruitiness of it 🌟
Rounded, sweet, peachy, mango-like and soft. Juicy like grapes.
There is a slight alcoholic stimulus, but it's not the main thing, and it stays with you all the way through. We can enjoy only sake while soaking in the afterglow. It's a really good sake (^o^)
