This is a dish I got at a local restaurant in Ishikawa Prefecture before they declared a state of emergency. I even wrote it down while drinking but forgot to upload it 😅.
The aroma is not too strong, but it has a calm rice aroma. It has a little sweetness and a crisp dry taste. It has a slight hint of fresh pear in the nose.
It was a perfect match with the sashimi of fish directly from Noto😁.
I only had one glass of it cold this time, but I'm sure this sake would be quite good lukewarm ☺️.
I'll give it a try next time I have the chance.
