じゅんじゅんDived in the day after closing. I was told that almost half of the items were gone. I got a bottle of the only Junmai Tetorigawa that was left, as I recall. It was refreshingly dry.
I heard that they are opening a new restaurant in Gotanda, and I would like to enjoy Noto's food and sake.

The third photo is a cup of my choice, not the sake. ちゃんまやPThis is a dish I got at a local restaurant in Ishikawa Prefecture before they declared a state of emergency. I even wrote it down while drinking but forgot to upload it 😅.
The aroma is not too strong, but it has a calm rice aroma. It has a little sweetness and a crisp dry taste. It has a slight hint of fresh pear in the nose.
It was a perfect match with the sashimi of fish directly from Noto😁.
I only had one glass of it cold this time, but I'm sure this sake would be quite good lukewarm ☺️.
