いーじー
Purchased at the end of the year in Kansai, my parents' home.
Purchased because it was rare to see Shinomine in a drinkable size.
First, at room temperature.
It smelled like natto (fermented soybeans). It was deep, but not enough.
The aroma changed drastically when it was heated.
The natto-like aroma disappeared and the flavor became fuller.
It is not so dry as to be super dry, but has a wide range of flavors. It tastes a little like sweet potato shochu, and is very tasty and sharp.
