I have 2 more bottles left and I want to take my time to compare them.
Gorgeous aroma unique to Kaze no Mori.
Fresh and juicy sweet taste, different from the Akitsuho and Rohafu that I drank before.
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, but I felt the fullness and weight characteristic of Omachi sake. For this reason, I personally have the impression that it is more subdued than Akitsuho and Rohafu.
A woman with a lovely smile came to mind when I spoke with her, even though she was very mature.
It is a bottle that will appeal to those who are into it. Next time, I would definitely like to try Yamadanishiki.
