Third drink at Waura Bar in Urawa 🍶🍶. Tsuki no I no Hiyadori. Mr. Ishikawa is from Shinkame and has an image of the rich and delicious sake brewed at Kosasaya Taketsuru in Hiroshima, and we are interested in his appointment as the toji at Tsuki no I in Oarai, Ibaraki from winter 2020. We feel the potential for a clean, yet high-quality sake. I have never been to Oarai, but I have heard about it from my wife. This season, I would like to try ankou-nabe, if possible.

Hi, Mr. Hiraccio 😃. Oarai is about an hour and a half drive 🚙 from Utsunomiya, so I used to go there every once in a while 😄. And I'd like to have a bowl of ankou nabe (anglerfish stew) 🍲🤩I can just imagine how much more alcohol I'd drink 😆.

Hi Hiraccio, 😃The current Tsuki no I goes better with ankou nabe. ☺️ I liked the old one with a bit of sweetness, but the current manly dry one is also good 😆.

Good evening Jay & Nobby😊. I see that you have been visiting Oarai from time to time. I have been to Nakaminato, but Oarai is the last place I have heard about from my wife. It is definitely a place I would like to visit and I would love to drink a Tsuki no I there!

My wife taught me about anko-nabe in Ibaraki, and the first time I had it in Mito, I was surprised by its shockingly good taste. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I think it may be the best nabe to go with Japanese sake or heated sake.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy😊. I see that the quality of the sake has changed with the appointment of Mr. Ishikawa. It's manly and dry. 👍 I think this may be a consistent feature of the sake brewed by Touji Ishikawa.
