When served cold, it is light and has a clean aftertaste, but a bit astringent. When heated, the refreshing taste remains, but the umami increases and the astringent taste disappears, giving a relaxing taste. When I paired it with Camembert cheese, the two became so well blended that I couldn't stop drinking it.

Another bottle I bought from Igarashi Shuzo ☺️. I hear more about this brand😊. It's a little high in alcohol but it feels light and A little sourness makes it a refreshing drink😋.

Igarashi Sake Brewery is actually within a 10 minute walk from my house. But I don't drink local sake as often as I thought I would. It's a bit embarrassing, and I'd be shocked if it didn't taste good, so I have mixed feelings about it. This sake is sold only at the annual Kura Matsuri (brewery festival), but since the festival was cancelled due to the Corona disaster, it is sold directly at the store. I opened the bottle with such force that the stopper flew open. As is typical for Junmai Ginjo, the aroma of apples is evident in both the aroma and the aroma. The taste is dense, fresh and juicy. When the tail is mixed, the flavor is added. The sweetness is suppressed by the acidity reminiscent of citrus, so it can be used as a food sake! I have the impression that the bitterness of Igarashi, which is only available at exclusive dealers, comes out suddenly on the second day, but Tenranzan has a noticeable bitterness from the start. This may be a characteristic of Igarashi Shuzo. Personally, I find it very pleasant and delicious. Mr. Igarashi! Tenranzan is delicious! I want to attend the next brewery festival! I also want to visit the brewery! I'm proud to have such a good sake in my hometown. I'm so proud to have such a good sake in my hometown. ...... This review is similar to the last one I did for Ozawa Shuzo. LOL!

I was drinking Igarashi, a gift I received a while ago. I sometimes go hiking to Tenmanzan and Tabunshazan, but I haven't visited the brewery yet. I'll try to go there this time.

Mr. Tokusan Igarashi is delicious, isn't it! As a local, I'm glad you can come and visit us😊. You can't buy Igarashi at the brewery, but I'm sure you can find other delicious sake there!
