The first aroma is slightly sweet and sour with a hint of sweetness from the rice. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight gaseous sensation. It has a light sweetness and a beautiful acidity. It also has a full-bodied sweet aroma. Although it is a summer sake, the clear sweetness and umami of Gohyakumangoku are well expressed, and it is not too thick nor too thin, but just right. Hakugakusen is delicious 🍶✨.

Jive-san was drinking a very tasty Hakugakusen, but I'm drinking spring sake right now 🙄. By the way, I failed to buy the crimson raw sake 🥲. I had it cold 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. It has a slightly sweet aroma on the nose and a slight carbonation in the mouth. It has a refreshing sweetness with a hint of sourness. It has a similar feeling to the same spring sake we had last week, Mimuro Sugi Hana Kyun. After I bought it, I noticed that the rice used for the sake was Gin-no-sato instead of Gohyakumangoku. I guess the feeling changes when the rice is changed. My preference is Gohyakumangoku, but this one was pretty good too 🍶✨.

I was patrolling in Tokyo when I found a comment that the new sake of Jyukyu was in the store. I visited my first sake shop and was told that there were 6 patterns of snowflakes ❄️. I got the most beautiful pattern and the contents are the same 😅. I was told that it's a small sake brewery and there are only a few stores that carry it. It has a sour taste like green apple.
