Jive-san was drinking a very tasty Hakugakusen, but I'm drinking spring sake right now 🙄.
By the way, I failed to buy the crimson raw sake 🥲.
I had it cold 🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a slightly sweet aroma on the nose and a slight carbonation in the mouth.
It has a refreshing sweetness with a hint of sourness.
It has a similar feeling to the same spring sake we had last week, Mimuro Sugi Hana Kyun.
After I bought it, I noticed that the rice used for the sake was Gin-no-sato instead of Gohyakumangoku.
I guess the feeling changes when the rice is changed.
My preference is Gohyakumangoku, but this one was pretty good too 🍶✨.

Hello, Matsuchiyo 😃
Shiratakesen! I've never had it 🥲but it's similar to Hana-kun🫰, which means it's just right 🤗👍I'll try it when I see it 😋.

Hello J & N😊
Yes, I agree! It may be even more suitable for you since it is more refreshing than Hana-kyun.
But I personally recommend Hakugakuzen Natsumushi, a summer sake that was recently released 😋.

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san!
I personally feel the change of season from the end of winter to the beginning of spring with "Shinku", "Sakura Nezumi", and "Natsumushi" 😁.
The day after I went to buy "Tokusen", "Misora" was also on sale, perfect for the coming season ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Jaive 🍶.
I know of two stores that carry Hakugakusen, but there is still no SNS announcement, so it may not be in stock... 🥲.
It's not well known in Tokyo, is it? Even though it's delicious 🤔
