It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and some acidity, and a slight bitterness is felt along with a slight bubbly sensation. It is a beautiful sake with a clean finish.
The malic acidity is refreshing, and if you drink it cold, it will give you a refreshing taste.
It also has a slightly effervescent taste, making it perfect for this season.
It is indeed a popular summer sake.
The luxurious packaging is eye-catching and appropriate for Aizan.
The overall taste is fruity, with flavor, sweetness, and acidity in a slightly effervescent taste.
This is my favorite Hashu Honor, which I bought at the end of last year. It has a great flavor, sweetness, and freshness. It has a great aroma and goes down your throat smoothly.
I think this one is also in the Hall of Fame.
This is the 100th item to commemorate the occasion.
On the palate, there was a slight fizzy sensation on the tongue, followed by sweetness, umami, and finally bitterness.
There was no mistake in choosing it as a commemorative.
It was a beautiful sake and delicious.
Good morning, J-boy 😃!
Congratulations on your 100 check-in ㊗️ 🎉It's nice to know that the sake you chose for the last number is perfect 🤗.
Please give my best regards to Tochigi sake 🍶👋
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins, J-boy 🎉🎊
The sake is worthy of the number, it looks delicious ❣️ I'm jealous of Kangiku, and also Kenaiyama! I want to drink it at home 〰😆😆.
Silver sea after a year. Taste, sweetness, fresh mouthfeel. The sweetness seems to be more restrained than that of Shiro Ginkai. Kangiku is delicious no matter what you drink.
I like it like drinking Calpis lactic acid bacteria drink. It has a light mouthfeel with a touch of sourness and a touch of bitterness coming in. The sweetness lingers in the mouth. I missed out on buying it last year, so I am HAPPY to be able to buy it this year!
The first Zero in a year. Zero is a Tenmei-fit. It has a delicious flavor, sweetness and a bit of sourness, and finishes with a bitter taste after it goes down your throat. There is nothing more to say.
This is the flavor that got me hooked on Chrysanthemum last year. This year, it is still delicious. Sweet, tasty, fruity, with a slight bitterness at the end, it is impeccably delicious. Seriously, you can gobble it up without any accompaniments.
This is the first Densho-Kiku Orikarami.
The fruity, fizzy, sweet, bitter, and umami flavors seem to pass over the tongue in good balance.
It is so good that we may finish it soon.
We are looking forward to next week's Denshogiku Unfiltered Nama.
I received this from an acquaintance. It has been a while since I have had Asahitaka, so I am looking forward to it. The taste is similar to that of Jyushiyo Honmaru.
This is my second Kangiku in a row, and I have high expectations for it since Red was also very good. It has sweetness, umami, and a slight effervescence, and the bitterness passes by quickly at the end, leaving you with a clean cut.
It is a delicious Kangiku.
It has fresh gas and sweetness, with a slight bitterness at the end.
It has the umami, sweetness, and bitterness of Omachi with a clean finish.
Kangiku really brews well-balanced sake.
It has been a long time since I have tasted Yamagata's local sake, Eiko-Fuji, and the sake rice is Aiyama.
It has sweetness, bitterness, a gorgeous fruity aroma, and just the right amount of slight effervescence.
It has a sweet, yet clean and crisp taste.
Eikoufuji's sake is delicious no matter what series it is.
