Project to Revive Wooden Oke Craftsmanship
Lactic acid-like aroma peculiar to Terada Honke
Slightly woody aroma in the mouth
Gentle sweetness and long-lasting umami
I had it with hiya, which has a robust flavor but not too much alcohol, making it ideal as a food insect sake.

Aiming to continue sustainable sake brewing in harmony with nature while taking advantage of the Miyagawa River land, all 2,500 bottles to be released this year will be made from returnable bottles. The bottles are manufactured while minimizing environmental impact by reducing carbon dioxide emissions during production by 120 grams per bottle and reducing waste after the bottle is finished.
In addition, 150 yen per bottle is donated to the town of Odaicho, Mie Prefecture, to be used for activities aimed at preserving the environment of the Miyagawa River.
