Memorandum.
Finally, my longed-for No,6😍.
I was surprised that the aftertaste was as clear as water, just like the reputation.
Is this sake? It was exceptional 🍶.

Finally obtained at a nearby liquor store!
Nabeshima hidden sake. Also known as Ura-Nabeshima. Too austere name.
Fruity and gently sweet, it was delicious!
Reminder.
It was insanely delicious.
The smell is almost odorless but faintly like tortoise shell candy. When you put it in your mouth, a sweet aroma like honey spreads in your mouth. It also feels very soft in the mouth.
This time, I picked up some fatty cold yellowtail sashimi. The fat of the fish matched the sweetness of the sake and went very well with it.
Memorandum.
Sake in the Warring States period was nigori (nigori sake), and I drank it alone, thinking of the sake that Shingen Takeda and Kenshin Uesugi drank during the Battle of Kawanakajima.
Cold: Fresh yogurt-like aroma and unique mouthfeel.
Warmed→This sake has a rich yogurt-like flavor with an added sourness. Seems to go well with miso-based snacks.
Personally, I prefer it cold. It may be too strong for those who are not used to drinking sake. It is a sake for different tastes, but I love it.
