I had a cup of sake while having sukiyaki at home. I'm sorry to say this is a personal preference, but I prefer the white label Junmai sake I received the other day.
For hot sake at home 🍶.
The sweetness is more pronounced than at room temperature,
I had it with pork shabu-shabu, but I think it would be better with fish.
I was expecting something a little sweeter after the Hikkomi at the sushi restaurant.
As expected, it had just the right amount of sweetness and was perfect for oily fish.
Maybe I like Niigata sake.
Recommended at a sushi restaurant and said the sake was made for eating fish.
It is refreshing and sharp, but I would like to have a little more umami.
