たかやま
The first taste is a carbonic acid-like stimulation. Slightly rich aftertaste. Almost no sweetness, spicy. Moderate aroma? It's good, but it's a bit peculiar, so it's not to everyone's taste. Goes well with dishes with strong flavors.

Tonic mouthfeel. Melon-like sweetness at first, then just a hint of sourness. It seems to go well with thick nabe dishes.

たかやま
Woody aroma at the first sip. The dry sake taste comes immediately. It has a rich flavor, but it doesn't linger that long. I want to drink it with oden and simmered dishes.

たかやま
The slight sweetness in the mouth and the sake sensation that follows are hardly assertive. It's so refreshing that it's easy to drink. I can understand why my father-in-law drank too much of it.

たかやま
A very light sake. The aftertaste gives a little sake feeling. The taste matches the label designed by the students of Kyoto Institute of Technology.
