The taste is quite light. I felt it was a little lacking, but when I drank it with a meal, it didn't interfere with the taste of the food & the synergistic effect increased the taste of the sake and made it more delicious.
Limited edition. Trial brew. Easy to drink. The first impression when you drink it is that it is easy to drink. After that comes the feeling that you are drinking sake, but the feeling of being able to drink it easily the moment you drink it is wonderful!
It has a sweet taste with a sake level of -3, but it is not too sweet, so it is drinkable. You can drink it without hesitation. I feel the potential of Shizuoka yeast.
This rare sake is a perfectly balanced blend of 26 year old Junmai Daiginjo, 2021 new sake Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo. Junmai Daiginjo's fruity & refreshing taste makes it quite easy to drink! It is also recommended for women.
It is limited to the brewery. It is brewed with champagne yeast and has a fruity taste that is different from the original flavor of rice in ginjo-shu, etc. You will be addicted to it from the fourth sip.
It has a refreshing taste like a Hokkaido sake. I can't explain it well, but it has a good balance of richness, acidity, and many other elements that make it easy to drink. It's my favorite flavor.
Limited edition. I don't drink sweet sake often, but it was delicious when I tasted it, so I bought it unusually. I thought it was good because it was sweet, but after the third glass, it was still too sweet and hard to drink. I recommend it to those who like sweet taste.
