At "Bay-ya" in Yokohama This brand was recommended to us when we asked for a refreshing sake. It seems to have been created by asking the brewer of Shinmasa to teach us how to make it. I feel Niimasa in the distance. I like its subtly sweet taste. I was surprised that even though it is a junmai sake, it is free of any impurities.
