Normally I don't drink Daiginjo very often, partly due to financial factors, but partly because I'm too selfish to be cooperative with food. This time it was a gift from an acquaintance of mine, so I had high hopes for this Daiginjo after a long time. When I tasted it, I found that the taste and flavor were not so strong, and it went well with food. On the other hand, you can really taste the original flavor of the sake. I had the impression that I met a top-notch supporting player. They are quite good.
