猫と毛布The name "Morohaku" is a seasonal Moromi plenty of "Tomikushin" available only in the northern region of Ibaraki Prefecture.
It has a crisp, active nigori origin and a dry sweetness that leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
We were lucky to be able to purchase it outside of the northern Ibaraki area🍀. BunThis may be my first time drinking Miyamanishiki.
The first sip is sweet like a grape, but the sweetness is short-lived.
It also has a slight bitterness.
It can be used as a food wine. BunIt is easy to drink, but has a good flavor. The acidity is also nice. It can be drunk before or during a meal. えじょたAtmosphere with less undulation than usual, eliminating the cloying aftertaste.
