Following on from earlier, Collage was also purchased today: ✌️ The taste is unique and sweet, and I agree with the description that it is fruity! I personally prefer a clean dry one, but this one goes down a treat too. I like a variety of sake, and I think it's all good👍.

Today is the first day of a three-day weekend, so we're having sake 🍶. I made steak, yellowtail kamabayaki, and gyoza for snacks, so I was well prepared! Keitora is still crisp and easy to drink with a light aftertaste, so I appreciate it for switching up my palate!

The aroma is very strong! But with a gentle sweet taste😋. Today I couldn't chill it in time and drank it at room temperature, but I personally would like to drink it cold. ✌️ The snacks were yellowtail sashimi and oil sardine, etc. 🐟 in the main: 🙆‍♂️
