It's been a while since I was able to go out to dinner and drink with my parents' family and others. According to word of mouth, there are some liquor stores where you can buy it in general... but I'll give it a try... At any rate, I have never seen it in stores, even at several well-stocked liquor stores in the neighborhood. Rice polishing ratio: 55, degree: 15.5, acidity: 1.5, and the degree strike is irresistible. Delicious.

An old drunk man once told me that "local sake" originally meant drinking local sake. Ebina, rice grown in Kanagawa Prefecture, this is local sake. I need to drink more of it... I'm sorry. And it's delicious, sweet and spicy, yet refreshingly juicy. The concept of the dragonfly is good too! Note: Rakufu Mai

I bought it at a local liquor store that I can get to on my way home from work for a reasonable price. I like it, and it's going to be gone in no time, but I'm not sure if I like it or not. It's a bit harsh and dry, but it's a 55% Junmai Ginjo, so it's fruity and easy to drink. Note: Dewanosato Rice

Chichibu Nishiki is the strongest first-class local sake in the very popular standing room at home, because Chichibu is not so far away? Sweet and spicy, raw sake punch. I drink it once every three days. It goes really well with today's local fish of choice, flounder!

My favorite alcoholic beverage. I don't know why. It goes in clean, spreads on the palate, from the umami, bitterness, acidity, and goes down the throat to the core. I don't know about wine, I don't need the aroma, I'm poor.
