Hello ❗️ Today we have a limited edition spring sake from Kamo Nishiki 🍶. Kamonishiki is one of my favorite brands. I found it at a liquor store and bought it immediately. I've seen plum wine before, but I was surprised to find it in sake 🫢 The taste is soft on the palate with sweetness and a touch of bitterness. It tastes like spring.

It is good as a food wine or as a closing drink 😊.

First post after a customer told me about it! This is a limited edition sake from Yamagata Prefecture's Eiko Fuji🍶. It was released as a commemorative sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle and the label is cute😍The taste is sweet followed by a refreshing finish. It is just the right sake 😊.
