We got a set of drinking comparison at Asano Sake Shop. Smooth and soft retro label. Beautiful Yamahai. And the Harusame on the right! Both the bottle and the taste are so cute. It's the first time I fell in love with sake. But I can't find it anywhere!

I found sea bream miso on sale at the supermarket, so I paired it with Urakasumi Junmai. (Bullshit. For some reason I bought Masumi and Urakasumi by mistake. I'm glad I had sea bream miso.)

First time to try Saketaku. I've never had sake from Shimane before, and I'm glad I found this delicious sake.
The sake is smooth and gentle on the palate, with a moderate acidity to support it. The combination of new soba and wasabi (Japanese horseradish) goes well with this sake, so I served it with soy sauce pickled wasabi.
On the second day, it became less angular and went well with the Hyakunichin that came with it!
