Sake Marche Week 2023: Hyakumangoku No Shiro Night. A delicious collaboration of 24 sake breweries and famous restaurants in Ishikawa. At Pizza Carlo Centro, Tengumai was actually a welcome drink. I drank it as if it was my favorite. It was deliciously sweet and refreshing. It was like a mainstream Kaga Kikusake. The pairing was introduced later, but it was beyond my limit.

Hi WOM! I have also obtained this sake on my trip to Kanazawa 😌 and have been looking forward to drinking it twice as much. Thank you very much!

Thank you chiaki. Hyakumangoku No Shiro is an original sake rice from Ishikawa prefecture, and it is like Yamadanishiki, but it is fruity and easy to drink. However, it is easy to become fruity. Still, the individuality of the brewery comes out, and Tengumai is easy to drink.

Sake Marche Week, 8th bottle of Hyakumangoku No Shiro Night. The same sake rice can be so different? The individuality of sake breweries is amazing. Sogen, a famous sake brewery in Okunoto, served with eel rolls. It was delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the eel roll.

Sake Marche Week 6. Million Stone No White Night. Shinsen and spring rolls. It seems like the spring roll deliciousness has just flowed smoothly from this area, as the records and memories are fuzzy. That's how I feel,

Sake Marche Week 5 Modern Yamahai Yoshida Kurau, which I think is the most promising sake brewery in Ishikawa. I paired it with something with a slice of truffle. I remember it has a nice effervescence.

Sake Marche Week 4. more unique aroma in Hyakumangoku No Shiro sake. A gorgeous Daiginjo-style aroma to a hint of vanilla-like sweetness. The sweetness of fig pizza is enhanced.

Sake Marche Week #3: Kagatobi's Hyakumangoku No Shiro is a representative of a refreshingly dry sake. Wash away the richness of sea urchin and have another glass.

Past Drinking. Ishikawa's Sake Event, Sake Marche Week 2023 A collaboration between Ishikawa's sake breweries and famous restaurants. What I went to was a collaboration between Ishikawa's original sake rice Hyakumangoku No Shiro, Italian and Choco Cafe. A sommelier was on hand to marry the sake from the 12 breweries that brew Hyakumangoku-no-shiro. It seemed impossible, but I took on the challenge. Please forgive me if my memory is a little fuzzy. The first one was Tomato Bisa and Takeba Daiginjo. The gorgeous aroma and the acidity of tomatoes go well together.
