We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club! Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆. The last 6 glasses! Kitaya Junmai Ginjo Last of the local Fukuoka Sake 😃. Orthodox grape aroma! The sweetness and umami of the grape spreads in the mouth at first. It finishes dry with a slightly delayed bitterness. P.S. I looked for one similar to the image on the tablet for ordering and found it: ❗️ But it's a special pure rice 😅

I think it's a spicy and tasty type of sake, not a light one. Sorry if I'm wrong. P.S. I looked for something similar to the image on the tablet for ordering and found it here: ❗️ It seems to be a special junmai sake called "Retsu".

Koshino-Hachiho Junmai Sake This is also a brand new to me! It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice. It is a typical food sake that does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

GANKI Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake It's a stable Gangui! This one is a rich, mellow, sweet and delicious sake. But it is also full of bitterness and sharpness, so this one went down the esophagus easily too 😁.

The 2nd glass Wadarai Dry Junmai This is also a brand I've never had before! Although it is dry, it is surprisingly fruity! It has a clean and crisp taste, so it went in easily.

Koshino Katora Ryu My secret goal this year! It's Sake-no-wa Top 100 comp! Today I achieved it 🙌! To be honest, I was a bit disappointed to see that I reached it before I knew it in the December ranking, so I'm going to enjoy the feeling of accomplishment by drinking this one, which was the last one in the November ranking! I'm going out for a drink though 😁. It is a light, dry sake that is as smooth as water and disappeared into my stomach in no time 😄.
