Year-end party at our house The usual wooden chicken We chose Miyazumi for the last sake. The sweetness and umami were a little stronger than the Hirotogawa we had just tasted, but generally speaking, the taste was refreshing. It went well with Gundori Tsuke Soba!

Drinking past Hot weather at our house 🍻🍶. At our usual restaurant, Ki Chicken 🐔. Last, Niidashi Zenshu Natsuyuki ❗️ I had not felt melon in the melon I drank before and stayed away from it for a while, but the manager recommended it to me ✨. It may have been a while since the bottle was opened, so the second fermentation in the bottle was not so intense, but it was juicy and had a sourness that is typical of sake brewing. It went well with Gundori Tsuke Soba.

Drinking past Hot weather at our house 🍻🍶. At our usual restaurant, Ki Chicken 🐔. For our second drink, we found a bottle of Miyazumi Watership No. 2 that we drank the other day, so we ordered it! Maybe because it had been open for a while, the sweet and juicy sensation I felt when I drank it at home was subdued 😋. It was a little easier to drink than the last time I drank it, while still feeling the sweetness and juiciness. With sashimi of gizzard and toriten (chicken tempura)

Drinking past Hot weather at our house 🍻🍶. At our usual restaurant, Ki Chicken 🐔. First drink after beer is Tenmei The label reads. "We promise that the challenge of the yeast-free raw moto, white koji four-stage brewing, and low-alcohol production method is not a one-off interest, but an important one that will continue into the future, and we will continue our daily sake brewing kurazukuri. We will continue to brew sake every day. and expectations are high✨. The first sip gives the impression of being tangy, yet dry and refreshing, just like Tenmei. However, the acidity and bitterness that does not make you feel the low-alcoholic taste makes it very satisfying to drink! It was unquestionably delicious 😋. Well, following last year, my son and wife got corona infection for the second year in a row 😱. It seems like it's going around again lately, so please be careful 😊. Needless to say, I am preventing it by disinfecting my body with alcohol 🍶.

One step yourself: ❗️ Here's another first: 💁‍♂️ When you take a sip, a soft sweetness and a bit of sourness and bitterness fill your mouth 🥰. It is refreshing, yet has a full-bodied rice flavor and a nice sharpness, so it can be enjoyed either on its own or with a meal👍. We paired it with the restaurant's recommended Gundori Tsuke Soba. Of course it went well with the tsuke-soba, but it was great if you sprinkle a little salt on the soba instead of dipping it in the broth and then take a sip yourself 😍. I was very satisfied with the Fukushima sake, the chicken dish and the soba noodles 😆. I think I will go back to Kigori regularly👍!

Your first Aizu Miyazumi: ❣️ Sweet and fruity aroma 🥰. Delicious with a good balance of sweet, tasty, bitter and acidic 🤣. The third and fourth pictures are of the Dinosaur Lab we went to after Matsumoto Castle ❗️ Dino Survival🦖. An entertainment show for kids where dinosaurs appear in front of you and they scream and fight 🧒. My son was so excited to see the powerful stage ‼️ They said it's OK to take pictures and put them on social networking sites, so here they are up on Sake no Wawa👍. I know it's hard to find anyone interested in this at Sakenowa 🤣. I recommend it to anyone with young children 😊.

Yesterday, I visited Matsumoto Castle in full bloom🌸 Spring finally came to Matsumoto ❗️ Still cold in the morning 🤣. In the evening, we went to Kigori, a buckwheat noodle restaurant where you can drink Sake from Fukushima! We started with Kasumi Romain. It tastes like melon juice 🍈, with a rich sweet and sour fruitiness and a touch of bitterness, probably because the bottle has been open for a while. Served with gizzard sashimi and chicken wasabi It was delicious 😋.

The third drink outside at Yamagata Muraki Chicken is "Sasasamune". The horse sashimi in the 3rd picture and the Gundori Tsuke Soba in the 4th picture were too good❣️. The soba noodles of the day were 10% buckwheat noodles made from Yamagata Village buckwheat flour 😋. The dipping sauce with gamecock is excellent👍. The horse sashimi and soba were so delicious that I don't remember the important sasasamune😅. Be careful not to drink too much 😆. I already drank too much today 🤣.

The second cup at Yamagata Muraki Chicken was "Odayaka", also from the Niida family in Fukushima. The name may be gentle, but the taste is gorgeously juicy😍! Good balance of sweetness and sourness 👍 It also has a nice sharpness, so it goes well with a meal 🥰. The entrées are gizzard sashimi, chicken wasabi, and chicken tempura with gamecock 😋. All of them were excellent and went well with the oden ❣️.

Last night was the first time in a long time that my family and I went out for a drink❣️ We went to Soba Restaurant Kigori in Yamagata Village 🐓. It is rare to find a buckwheat noodle restaurant with a la carte dishes and sake on the menu in the Matsumoto area 🍶. The owner, who is from Fukushima, is particular about the ingredients and uses carefully selected ingredients such as buckwheat flour from Nobeyama, which is located 1,300 meters above sea level, and Gitaro chicken from Tatsuno Town 😋. Sake is of course available from Fukushima and Nagano brands 😊. So we chose the sake from Fukushima❣️. First time at Tenmei 🤗 The taste is crisp and fruity, like sweet and sour early apples! The fruity flavor floods the palate and the full aroma escapes through the nose and is quickly quenched. This is seriously delicious💕! The horse meat stew and chicken skin pon were also very tasty and went perfectly with the Tian Ming 👍!
