It is said to be Urakasumi's first unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I saw the instagram and went to a liquor store in Fuse 😁. It's been a while since I've been there, but they had Shozora. I think this is the first time I've seen Shozora at a liquor store other than Asano's. A little gassy. Freshness and well-balanced sweetness and spiciness. Juicy and a little peachy. It also feels light for its alcohol content.

I haven't been able to watch soccer in real time for a long time except for the Costa Rica game😭. Here are the drinks I had on Sunday 😀. Fresh, clean and beautiful taste. I thought it would be a bit sweeter but it's not too sweet and well balanced. The acidity is quite pronounced. I would like a little more sweetness. It's a strange analogy, but the aftertaste is like Red Bull. I drank it again and it's pretty sweet 😅. Is it sweet or sweet and spicy?

I bought it at Onishi Shoten in the shopping street near Fuse Station. With all the movie theaters closed down, the only time I go to Fuse anymore is to come here to buy stuff. The other brands are Kubota, Shirakikyu, Dawn Mae, Daishichi, Ichinokura, Drunken Heart The other brands are Kubota, Shirakikyu, Yaokimae, Daishichi, Ichinokura, and Drunken Heart. The latter half of the bottle has a strong alcohol taste. A little powdery? I heard there is also a junmai nigori, but I have never seen it sold.

I've been curious about this drink for a while. It seems to be recommended to drink on the rocks like Icebreaker. I like that it doesn't get thin even on the rocks. It has an apple-like aroma and sweetness. I'd like to try it with soda. I tried it cold, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be on the rocks. I thought it would be a good balance with ice.

It was said on the SNS of the sake shop that it was a new arrival, but it was made in April of last year, so maybe it was aged in the warehouse? The aroma is light and ripe. The sweetness is fruity and the umami is firm and delicious.
