It is a 700 check-in celebration sake 🍶.
Slightly pale golden green in appearance.
Very fine bubbles in the glass.
Aroma is extremely floral and fresh Nabeshima fruity.
Green apple, fresh pear, ripe white peach and melon.
Acacia overflowing from the glass, freshly scented chervil.
Beautiful rice aroma.
The wonderful ginjo aroma, like a fine perfume, adds to the 100th anniversary.
The stimulation of fine gas sensation tickling the tongue in the smooth texture.
The rich sweetness of the flavor seeps into your mouth, filling it as if you had just eaten a mouthful of fruit.
The sweetness and acidity are juicy.

After the mid-palate, there is no cloying taste and it is simply beautiful.
