I chose Kaze no Mori because I thought it would go well with the cake!
No.6 yeast, so it's sour and not too sweet ✨.
It has a very Shinsei feel to it! It's a white yeast, so it's like a flax cat sparkling with a moderate sweetness 🐈.
It has a crisp acidity and a gaseous, shwashy feeling, so there's no problem even if you pair it with Mont Blanc 🌰.
It was delicious 😆.
