- JohanbtokyoDenshu Kojonishiki Junmaidaiginjo from Nishida Shuzo in Aomori prefecture. Brewed with the extremely rare rice variety Kojonishiki, revived and grown by the brewery itself. Rich taste of sweet muscat grapes. Followed by a refreshing acidity. The Denshu’esque umami backbone there as well. Dangerously clean aftertaste. 4.50/5
