This sake can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperatures, from cold to warmed. The cold sake we tasted had a slightly more modern finish, with a slightly rounded flavor and acidity. When heated, it has a richness that is similar to that of a sake made from the traditional sake yeast, and it is very tasty.
It was my favorite among the many excellent Saga sake that I tasted.

I have a degree in agriculture as well, but I guess it's not an easy choice to go to university unless you have a relative in the sake industry.
