Maybe my memory of the taste is a bit fuzzy from here😅.
Apparently it's a limited edition sake from Hirashima Brewery in Kitakyushu and it was so healthy that it flew when opened 🫧.
It was fruity, easy to drink, and had the richness and flavor of a lactobacillus drink ✨.

I too was surprised at the number of unique brands when I checked out Hirashima Sake Shop's website later on 😳.
It was so delicious I regret not taking notes on the flavors 😭.
