Hanyou Ikken Junmai Ginjo Yamagata Hanagasa Matsuri This is a summer sake from a sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture called Nakaoki Shuzo. It's a thick, slightly yellowish sake, with a bit of tonicity. It's a hot sake with acidity and umami, but if you drink it chilled in this cup, it's refreshing.
