Gojozo's mellow.
This sake is only sold in the area around Goto-cho, where the Hachinohe Sake Brewery Gotoh plant, which makes Jyozora, is located.
I found out that this "Houjun" is a new product that will be sold from this season, and only 170 four-pack bottles and 140 one-pack bottles will be sold.
I asked chika-san to buy it for me at the Tatehana Kishibe morning market in Hachinohe! Nai suu 😆👍️
The aroma on the nose is "mellow" and sweet, with a hint of richness, just as the name suggests.
In the mouth, it has a slight acidity and a sweetness like millet sugar, and it has a crispness that is easily felt by the palate.
It was delicious, just like a freshly squeezed, freshly brewed sake of Sato Kikata with a lot of flavor 😆🍶.
The second apple juice 🍎 I got as an extra was also delicious 😋.
