Yamatsuru is the closest sake brewery to my house, but I haven't had much of it lately. The last time I drank it I got the impression that it was peculiar and not really my cup of tea, but not this Junmai Daiginjo!

When you swallow it, there is a feeling of being stuck a little.
I left half of it in the bottle and opened it again three days later. Then, it had settled down a lot. It's getting tastier!
The taste is mainly acidic, and it's a bit spicy. It goes well with soy sauce flavors in general. It's good with sashimi. It also goes well with simmered dishes and soaked vegetables.
It's not my favorite direction, but it's a good sake.
If you compare it to Ghibli, it's like Taeko from "Omohide Pororo Pororo", the main character. The main character is not a 5th grader, but a 27 year old. She is 27 years old, not a 5th grader.
