naic2008A clean ginjo aroma. In the mouth, a sourness that makes one wonder if it was brewed with Yamahai. The acidity spreads in the mouth, as if it were brewed using the Yamahai method. After that, the sweetness of the rice spreads slowly and you can feel the aftertaste. It was a nice sake suitable for drinking slowly because it spread in a good way. bluenoEleventh year of Crafan. Looks like it's been a tough year in many ways, but another delicious year! nb32 TSake Project with Farmers.
Very tasty! The moment you put it in your mouth, a pleasant sweetness and umami spreads. You can strongly feel that this is a sake made in a rich natural environment, with carefully produced rice, and with all of your heart and soul. メキシコテキーラThis is the 10th year of the Nozomi brewery. It is brewed by Isshaku Suisei's Fukurokuju Brewery and is easy to drink. マイケル冗談Brewed by Fukurokuju Shuzo, famous for its sake Isshaku Suisei.
The sake was originally a members-only sake, but last year the company began distributing it to special sake dealers as well. マイケル冗談Brewed by Fukurokuju Shuzo, famous for its sake Ippaku Suisei.
The sake was once a members-only sake that was distributed to members of the "Farmers' Sake PROJECT" who agreed to pay an annual membership fee. I want to support farmers by drinking this sake. PrinceMichael3_Posting No. 296
This is a collaboration between Fukurokuju Sake Brewery and Matsuhashi Farm, a farmer in Oogata Village. It is a limited edition sake that is only distributed in a few stores in Akita Prefecture, but I had the good fortune to be able to purchase it.
It is a strong sake with a strong flavor of rice. It has a slight acidity and a bitter aftertaste.
However, at 2,530 yen including tax, it is a bit expensive for me.
Pairing with Ate
Roasted black soybeans◯
Natto (fermented soybeans)
Grilled sausage
Grilled shishamo (shishamo smelt)
Personal preference T.KISOThe 28th was a late welcome and farewell party, lol.
Well, the last one is a noujozo from the menu: ❣️
It is a sake made by the Fukurokuju Brewery.
It is brewed with sake rice from farmers in Oogata Village (👨🌾) under the title of "Sake made by farmers project".
The fire-brewed sake is sold to the public, but you can only get this draft sake if you are involved in the project 😆.
What a manager 🤣🤣🤣!
The aroma is softly ginjo aroma ❣️
It also has a little bit of rice 🌾 aroma mixed in.
In the mouth, the sweetness of the rice and the acidity that is typical of Isshiro spread quickly.
The elegant sweetness is followed by a hint of umami, and then the acidity and astringency are a bit more pronounced.
It is truly a Fukurokuju. 💕︎
Thank you for the food 😋🙏🙏.
sugizT.KISO, this brand was also found in the brewer's cafe! I didn't check to see if it was a draft sake or not, so I guess it's a fire-aged version.
But still, the manager of the Italian restaurant is amazing 😆 I can feel the bottom power of Akita. T.KISOGood evening, sugiz😄.
With the white label and green letters, it's a fire-engine version. 💕︎ I couldn't tell if it was Italian or what 🤣👍 しんしんSYStarted drinking alone at Eiraku Restaurant🍶.
Three kinds of drinks to compare.
For some reason, there are strips of paper pasted in two places!
The sake I was interested in, Nouzou
A fruity sake that made me happy and satisfied!
I heard that this project has already reached its 10th anniversary!
I would like to support this project!

I'd heard of it, but never seen it before.
I've seen it at liquor stores.
Eiraku Shokudo had it, so we had to try it!
Tonight, all the sake we chose were delicious, and we enjoyed talking about the old days.
our knowledge
Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, the maker of Isshaku Suisei, has been collaborating with Matsuhashi Farm (headed by Mr. Takuro Matsuhashi) in Oogata Village, Akita Prefecture, for the past seven years to produce this junmai ginjo. The label clearly states the theme of the project: "Sake made by farmers. This is a project that aims to involve farmers not only in production (primary industry) but also in consumption, from rice cultivation to sake brewing, and to get consumers involved in the project. As a member, you can participate in the original Nozomoto Hanpukai (4 courses), various events, agricultural experiences, and many other activities. oniononiThis sake seems to be a collaboration between Fukurokuju, who serves my favorite Ichidomizunari, and a sake project created by farmers.
It has a mild taste. Ichidomari Mizunari is a sake that you feel the flavor slowly and gradually, and it has a little bit of an edge to it, but this one has a good, unconventional flavor, and a bad, uninspired flavor. This is the first time I've tried this label, but I think I'll buy it next time I find it. 㐂多邑I think the sourness comes after the plumpness. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
