Not overly aromatic, but really delicious. Very rice forward: rice flour, but with sweetness of lychee, cotton candy, green banana. Certain creaminess to it, almost like plastic model paint? (I mean that in a good way.)
Again, rice forward on the palate. Creamy and fruity like a banana milkshake. Quite clean and dry, but isn't lacking in depth. Very slight nuttiness like almond milk, and a refreshing acidity.
I really like this. Just under room temp now but could be good cooler or even warm. 4/5
