I have had Nikitatsu Daiginjo at Ogimachi Park before, so I was allowed to try the others.
Usuzumizakura by Fat Iyo.
The taste is quite clear and refreshing. Sake meter reading +3, a little spicy.
Nikitatsu Junmai Ginjo-shu Sakurahime yeast
It has sweetness and mellowness, but the aftertaste is clear. The four-pack bottle was already sold out.

A refreshing and high-class sake.
They said they almost paid for the bottle.
I asked him if it was for overseas since the bottle looked expensive and the price was high. 7 or 9? I don't remember how many countries they export to, but they said they can't sell to China since the name was registered first.
I asked him if Ehime sake is often spicy, but he said it is not, and that it is mostly sweet.
